Fees
We would like the Practitioners' Gathering to be accessible to everyone, no matter their financial situation, therefore we offer several fee options:
22% VAT is included in all prices. These fees have been calculated on 55 participants. If we do not achieve this number, we will reduce the programme accordingly. If we are well over this number, we will also just accordingly, focusing on seeing how we can support more people to come.
Fees include training, participation, materials and refreshments during the coffee breaks. Accommodation and food are not included and should be paid directly to the hotel.
We have created a set fee for organisations, NGOs and others who need to be invoiced, or need a set price from the outset. If you are coming for one or more days, but not for the whole gathering, there is also a set daily rate.
If the shared economy fee is also out of reach for you, do contact us and we will try to find a solution together.
If you are willing to contribute more than the regular fee please indicate that in the registration form. With these contributions we will be able to host those who otherwise would not be able to participate.
- Individuals, NGOs, small business set fee: €732 (€140,30 per day, if you are not staying for the whole duration of the gathering)
- Corporate set fee: €976 (€189,10 per day, if you are not staying for the whole duration of the gathering)
- Shared economy: €549* (only if staying for the whole gathering) -- this is the first payment, due before you arrive. You decide on a second payment by the end of the gathering.

* Shared Economy is a cooperative, responsibility-based approach to funding where the community as a whole holds the financial responsibility, and not just the organizing team. Taking into consideration the costs of the event and one’s own financial resources, each participant is invited to identify what they can pay, then add a little more. You pay a first installment upfront and a second installment at the end of the gathering. During the training we will make sure to allocate time and attention to opening up conversation regarding this experiment; you will then decide what the gathering is worth to you, what you can contribute, and how we cover the expenses together.

Cancellation policy
- If you cancel your registration on or before 31 August, you will receive a full refund of all fees minus a €50 deposit.
- If you cancel between the 31 August and 20 September, you will receive a refund of 50% of your total fees.
- From 20 September on, we must charge full fees.
- You may, of course, give your place to someone else without any surcharge.
