About this Track:
The 16.5 year experience of participatory leadership in four affiliated health companies and what was learned:
-- Four affiliated health companies have practiced participatory leadership for 16.5 years as their operating system. This session will focus on, what was the operating system, how did it come to be, the practicality of what everyday life was like, what were the practices, what did individuals learn, what did the organizations learn, what did the CEO learn, what went right, what were the mistakes and what does the CEO know now that he didn't know before. Lots of time will be available for questions and answers as well as time to consider these lessons for your own organization. Please join me to hear about these 16.5 years but more importantly come and explore the remaining questions I'm still in and explore your own questions about how participatory leadership application to your own setting.
